APPLICATIONS of Abbe Refractometer
- An Abbe refractometer is a bench-top device for the high-precision
measurement of an index of refraction. Tanco Abbe refractometeris
available with the capability of measurements at wavelengths other than
the standard 589 nanometers. Tanco Abbe Refractometer use special
filters to reach the desired wavelength, and can extend measurements
well into the near infrared.
- Abbe Refractometer is used to measure chemical composition of various
components. Tanco has supplied the Abbe Refractometer to various
research laboratories including the Defense laboratories under the
Ministry of Defense.
